I have been working with Stephen Murphy and his SP Solutions Team for three years. We are in a largemodern twelve-year old building with IT in each room in the school. In November 2019, when many pieces of IT were at end of life, I engaged SP Solutions to fix a number of class room projectors with a variety of issues. They arrived within a few days, on time, equipped to replace parts, cables, move projectors around to save me purchasing extra equipment, and returned a few days later to complete the job. I was very impressed by their professionalism – they knew their business, learned their way around my school quickly, spoke with the teachers in the rooms if need be, did not require me to follow them around or mind them. Over the following year or two, when they returned for further maintenance/replacements, the team knew my school and what had been done in each room. They got on with their job, always arrived at the scheduled time, cleaned up before they left and provided me with a print out of every item replaced or parts installed, with rooms numbers, etc. In short, they did a large body of work for me, left me with all the information I needed, were always on the end of the phone if I had an issue in a classroom and I found their prices quite reasonable.
Since September 2022, I have installed twenty-three Donview Interactive Screens in about half of our classrooms.
In order to avoid interruptions to classes, the team arrived each morning at 7am, worked until 9am, then moved to rooms without classes and always left the classrooms immaculately clean. The teachers have found them very approachable if they have questions and everyone agrees that they do an excellent job. I find Stephen easy to work with, he wants to please his customer, he understands how schools work and his team know how to work around the school to avoid causing any interruptions. My investment in twenty-three screens was a very serious decision on my part and I did not make it lightly. Foremost in my mind was that the seller could provide the quality and continuity of service I would expect with such an investment, once the screens were installed. My previous three years’ experience of working with SP Solutions gave me the confidence to go with them. Their quick moving style, their knowledge of both their own business and my requirements, how quickly they always responded to any request I made, the speed with which those issues were resolved – these were the criteria on which I made my decision.
